how much time do I have to submit a return or exchange?
we accept returns & exchanges within 45 days from the ship date on most orders. please note, original shipping fees are not refundable unless a damaged or incorrect item was received.
what does redo mean?
choosing redo unlimited returns & exchanges for $2.18 at checkout gives you unlimited returns and exchanges for each order. this is a simple way to receive a reduced rate for returns/exchanges in case your item is not quite right. you may remove this service in your cart. this option can not be refunded.
if I do not choose redo, is my return or exchange free?
unfortunately, we do not pay shipping for any return or exchange. the usual charges we see range from $8 -$14.
what items can be returned and what counts as final sale?
items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags still attached. please include the original order packing slip in your return package, if possible. final sale items are marked “final sale” on each product page, email or checkout. final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
do you offer price adjustments for orders made before a sale?
no, we do not provide price adjustments.
when will my refund arrive?
once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for it to be processed and refunded. refunds usually take 3-5 days to appear back in your account. we’ll send an email when our team has processed your refund, so you know it’s on its way.
please send returns only with our pre-paid return labels/ qr code so we can track your items. as much as we would like to, our system cannot refund a lost return sent with a method other than our return labels.
what is excluded from discounts?
as of right now, denim, accessories & stickers are excluded from all discounts.
are international returns available?
we currently do not offer international returns.
perfect white tee reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the criteria above.
