to start an exchange:

go to our returns page and enter your email and order number.

choose exchange for the item you want to exchange.

pick the new size or color and click next step.

confirm your return and click process return.

print your return label and drop off your return by the listed date to avoid being charged.

all returns need to be new, unworn, and
unwashed with the tags still attached.

choosing redo unlimited returns & exchanges for $1.98 at checkout gives unlimited returns and exchanges for each order. it’s a great way to get a discounted return/exchange rate if your item is not quite perfect. you can remove this service in your cart. this option is not refundable.

eeek. we hope it never happens, but there can be lemons in the pile. we’ll gladly exchange your order for a new, perfect piece at no cost. please email perfectwhiteteeclothes@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged area and we’ll send a return label as soon as possible.

once your return reaches our warehouse, allow 7-10 business days for the return to be processed and refunded. refunds usually take 3-5 days to appear back in your account. we’ll email you once our team has processed the refund, so you know it’s on the way.

please only send returns using our pre-paid return labels / qr code so we can track your stuff. as much as we’d like to, our system can’t refund a lost return sent through a different method.

most of our pieces fit true to size. each style has descriptions to help you better understand the fit of that individual piece.

the care label inside on the wearer’s left side lists the garment care instructions.

we currently offer all women’s styles in xs, s, m and l, plus xl in our best sellers. men’s styles are offered in s, m, l, xl and xxl.

we garment dye our collection, so shades and colors may vary slightly. garment dyeing isn’t an exact science, but we love the washed, worn-in vintage look of our styles, so we do it anyway. when buying a set, we suggest choosing styles in the same fabrication for the closest match.

we aim to restock once a month, but join the waitlist if your fave style is not available.
